Your sales receipt, which is emailed to you in PDF format, is your E-ticket. CANCELLATION POLICY All tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Ticket holders who give a 24 notice of cancellation, will be charged a $10 date change fee for the reissue of tickets. Without 24 hours notice of cancellation, the date/time can not be changed.
