COMPANY POLICIES 1. Valid identification must be provided for travel or to process any shipment and the manifest must be signed by the passenger/shipper. 2. A licensed business or recognized organization must either be the shipper or receiver. SCT does not transfer items shipped from individual to individual. 3. All baggage/shipment(s) must be properly labeled and sealed. 4. SCT reserves the right to refuse any passenger or shipment for any reason. 5. CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL PASSENGERS MUST ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME FOR IMMIGRATION PURPOSES. Failure to do so will result in the immediate cancellation of ticket. All tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Ticket holders, who give more than a 24 notice of cancellation, will be charged a $10 date change fee for the reissue of tickets. Without 24 hours notice of cancellation, the date/time can not be changed and the ticket becomes void. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation regarding these policies.
